We founded in July, 2018. We are aiming for No.1 Chinese Fitness Club in Melbourne area, providing the fitness services for Chinese background people.

Jay worked in Fitness first for 4 years as personal trainer, is proficient in strength training, weight loss, rehabilitation training, Muay Thai, taught more than 180 students in fitness first during 4 years.

· Kettle bell level 1, TRX, ASC level 1
· 8 years Muay Thai experience
· Personal trainer Nutritionist
· Basic gymnastics trainer
· Boxing level 1 & level 2
· Rehabilitation trainer
