We established in 2018 and we are growing with our clients together.

We provide a broad range of group class such as Muay Thai, Boxing, Pilates, HIIT etc. In the group class, each student is interactive at any time, so it is still a platform for making friends, allowing you to meet more friends and make your life more colorful. We will develop more classes in the future.

Our Group Training Program

GT Bodyweight

GT Bodyweight Training is bodyweight strength group training that members are using their own body weight to perform exercise to gain muscle and get fit.

Boxing

Boxing training is using the punching bags and training pads to learn boxing skills movement.

Boxing Punch/Hit

This training is to teach basic boxing skills movement and punching bags to get strong and fit.

Pilates involves low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements that emphasize the abdominals, the lower back, the hips, and thighs.

Muay Thai (Beginners)

This class will teach Muay Thai basic skills: footwork, defense, striking in MuayThai(Punches, kicks, elbows, knees and basic clinch.

Muay Thai (Intermediate)

Muay Thai Intermediate classes is for intermediate level students. Using skipping, partner drills, punching bags, and sparring, also combined with strength and core exercises.
